1Agreement to Terms
By accessing the fb222 platform — whether by visiting fb222.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2Eligibility Restrictions

3Registration Requirements
To register on fb222 you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your details if they change. Registration using false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- A valid email address that you have access to and can receive communications at.
- Your real name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
- Your correct date of birth. Any misrepresentation of age is a serious breach of these Terms.
- A valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your own name and capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
4One Account Per Player
Each player may hold one and only one active account on fb222 at any time. fb222 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. If fb222 determines that a player has registered more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — fb222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and permanently forfeit all associated balances.
The one-account rule applies regardless of the number of devices, browsers, or SIM cards used. Playing on a new device does not entitle a player to register a second account.
5Account Security
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your fb222 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
- fb222 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
- Notify fb222 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or your credentials have been compromised.
- fb222 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have shared them with a third party.
6Deposit Policy
Players may deposit funds using the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. Mobile payment deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) credit instantly. fb222 charges no platform fees on deposits.
- You may only deposit from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and an account review.
- fb222 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied.
- Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your fb222 balance, except in documented cases of technical error by fb222. Any dispute regarding a deposit must be raised with support within 24 hours of the transaction.
- fb222 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, per week, or per month. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
7Withdrawal Policy
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to identity verification and the conditions in these Terms. Most withdrawal requests received before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) are processed the same day. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to its availability and limits.
- fb222 is required to verify all players' identities before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, a selfie with your ID, or proof of your payment method. Failure to provide documents within the requested timeframe will place the withdrawal on hold.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. fb222 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. The outstanding wagering requirement is visible in your account dashboard at all times.
- fb222 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. fb222 will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for the investigation.
8Bonus Eligibility and Wagering Requirements
fb222 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion published on the platform, in addition to these general Terms. In any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that matter.
- Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without first meeting applicable wagering requirements.
- fb222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players who have already claimed it.
- Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to the game restrictions and wagering requirements in the applicable promotion terms. Free spin winnings credit as bonus balance, not real-money balance, until wagering requirements are met.
9Bonus Abuse Policy
fb222 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk opposing-bet strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; systematically exploiting promotions inconsistent with normal recreational player behaviour; and colluding with other players to share or redistribute bonus funds.
Where bonus abuse is determined, fb222 reserves the right to void all bonuses on the account, cancel pending withdrawals, permanently close the account, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
10Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on fb222 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets, interact with the platform, or circumvent security or anti-fraud measures.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void.
- Using fb222 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share hidden card information in live table games, or otherwise cheat.
- Registering using false, stolen, or borrowed identity information, or on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the fb222 platform software, game engines, or security systems.
11Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where fb222 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, fb222 may without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit all or part of the account balance; and report the activity to law enforcement or financial crime authorities.
A player whose account is closed for prohibited conduct has no right to re-register. Any attempt to circumvent a closure by registering a new account itself constitutes prohibited conduct and will be actioned accordingly.
12Responsible Gaming Commitment
fb222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming on fb222 should be an enjoyable leisure activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration within a single session.
- Time-out: Request a time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the account is temporarily suspended and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims are permitted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any fb222 content without prior written consent from fb222.
14Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical errors, inability to access the platform due to network issues, loss of data, or any loss not directly caused by fb222's own negligence.
fb222's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fb222, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of fb222 in any manner not expressly authorised herein.
16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable laws governing online gaming platforms operated for players in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and fb222 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties. Nothing in the dispute resolution clause prevents fb222 from seeking injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to restrain any breach of these Terms.
